Our Easy Return Process – Store Credit Only

We want you to love your Homeland Humor purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, returns are eligible for store credit only and must meet the following guidelines:

Step-by-Step Return Instructions:

  1. Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return for store credit. Returns after this period will not be accepted.
  2. Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for print quality issues. Your item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and original packaging.
  3. Start Your Return: Email us at homelandhumorshop@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. You will also be required to submit pictures or videos of the product.
  4. Approval Process: Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to mail your package. Any items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
  5. Shipping Back: Mail the item back using the provided shipping label. We will process your store credit within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at homelandhumorshop@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom products and personalized items are non-returnable.

Exchanges: We do not process exchanges. If you need a different item, return your original item for store credit and place a new order.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds. All returns are for store credit only.
