Meet Alex

Hi, I’m Alex—a follower of Jesus, an Army wife, and mama to three beautiful girls.

Motherhood has been the most beautiful blessing and also the hardest calling I’ve ever walked through. The moment I became a mother, my whole life and purpose shifted. It’s heavy at times, and honestly, I’ve felt lost in the weight of it. Proverbs 31 has carried me through many of those hard seasons, reminding me that while strength and dignity are my calling, laughter is my lifeline.

I cry (oh, do I cry!), but I also choose to laugh through the mess. Because hard times aren’t just possible—they’re promised. It’s how we walk through them that matters. For me, laughter has become a way to breathe again, to remember who I am, and to rest in the truth that Jesus too has a sense of humor.

That’s where Homeland Humor was born. It’s a brand for moms like you and me—the homemakers, the faith-builders, the women who carry both the beauty and the chaos of motherhood. Homeland stands for so much of what we hold dear: homemaking, homeschooling, homesteading, homeland patriotism, and most importantly, our eternal home in Christ. Humor reminds us that joy belongs in every part of that journey.
